Lightweight, corrosion resistant aluminum grilles and louvers, Aria products are ideal for sunshades, screening, and specialty infill panel requirements.
Commonly understood to be the premiere coating for aluminum architectural products, AAMA 2605 coatings are available in a variety of color choices. Materials provided with this finish comply with all elements of the AAMA “Voluntary Specification, Performance Requirements and Test Procedures for Superior Performing Organic Coatings on Aluminum Extrusions and Panels.”
Materials are washed, then treated with a non-chrome conversion coating, followed by the application of a fluoropolymer powder coat finish coat.
An excellent coating system for architectural requirements that incorporate aluminum products, AAMA 2604 coatings are available in many colors. Materials provided with this finish comply with all elements of the AAMA “Voluntary Specification, Performance Requirements and Test Procedures for High Performance Organic Coatings on Aluminum Extrusions and Panels”.
Materials are washed, then treated with a non-chrome conversion coating, followed by the application of a TGIC polyester powder coat finish coat.
The superior choice for providing anodized aluminum coatings, “Architectural Class I” finishes are exceptionally durable coatings that provide a natural oxide layer on the surface of aluminum architectural products. Available as either a Clear coating or a Colored coating in conformance with The Aluminum Association specifications:
• Clear anodized specification: “Class I, Clear: AA-M10-C22-A41”
• Color anodized specification: “Class I, Two-Step Color: AA-M10-C22-A44”
The coating thickness applied is 0.7 mils or greater. Anodized coatings prevent corrosion on the surface of aluminum panels. Class I finishes provide enhanced weathering characteristics in environments where high salinity is present.
An excellent choice for the prevention of corrosion, “Architectural Class II” finishes provide a durable oxide layer on the surface of aluminum panels. Class II anodizing is a more economical alternative for finishing architectural products. Available as either a Clear coating or a Colored coating in conformance with The Aluminum Association specifications:
• Clear anodized specification: “Class II, Clear: AA-M10-C22-A31”
• Color anodized specification: “Class II, Two-Step Color: AA-M10-C22-A34”
The coating thickness applied averages 0.4 to 0.6 mils. Class II finishes are commonly specified for applications where superior weathering performance may not be required.
